Achieve Your Happy Weight

A true physical change will not happen without changing your mental and emotional approach to exercise and food.

MAINTAINING A DECENT WEIGHT IS EASIER SAID THAN DONE

We all know that by exercising regularly and eating healthier, we can successfully maintain a decent body weight. Why, then, are so many women still overweight? Because there is much more to losing weight than just knowing you need to exercise and eat healthier.

In my book, “Walking Is for Wimps”, I specifically address women’s weight problems and challenges. As a teenager, I was 35 pounds overweight and had numerous health issues. I know the challenges of losing weight because I did it! More importantly, I understand women’s frustration with the ups and downs of weight gain, because I experience the fight to maintain a decent body weight every day.

We all have different shapes and heights, and thus different weight goals. Because of this, we need to develop our own exercise methods and approach to losing weight. This individual approach is key.

With the help of my book, you will learn to analyze yourself to find your very own approach to exercise and food selection.

Toning

There are two main ways of working out to achieve muscle enhancement – strengthening and toning. I have never cared to develop strength. I just want toned arms and legs.

Flexibility & Stretching

A key factor to having quality of life is maintaining flexibility. It is important to stretch every time after working out.

Proper

Breathing

Breathing efficiently will help you last longer when you’re working out hard, especially when you are getting to your max level.
