In my book, “Walking Is for Wimps”, I specifically address women’s weight problems and challenges. As a teenager, I was 35 pounds overweight and had numerous health issues. I know the challenges of losing weight because I did it! More importantly, I understand women’s frustration with the ups and downs of weight gain, because I experience the fight to maintain a decent body weight every day.
We all have different shapes and heights, and thus different weight goals. Because of this, we need to develop our own exercise methods and approach to losing weight. This individual approach is key.
